COGSWELL TOWER

Crombie REIT implemented iBOS to integrate its AI-powered optimization system into the Johnson Controls platform at Cogswell Tower. This tower, part of its Scotia Square complex in downtown Halifax.

The goal was to optimize HVAC performance and advance long-term sustainability goals.

Savings were achieved while maintaining tenant comfort. and delivering a massive environmental benefit—reducing carbon emissions equivalent to removing 187 cars from the road annually.
